HOURLY OPPORTUNITIES

Day Production
Individuals will work in various departments of beef processing. Jobs require usage of sharp knives for trimming and deboning, must be able to work in hot and/or cold environment. Minimum of 6 months previous experience required.

  • Immediate full-time employment!
  • Wages starting at $10.30 / hr. with some positions earning up to $15.45 / hr!
  • Benefits eligible after 90-days!

Quality Assurance Technicians and Lab Technicians
Responsible for monitoring products and processes to assure that the Creekstone Farms established standards are met. All activities have to be documented correctly and communicated effectively. This person will ultimately assure that products that are produced meet the Quality and Food Safety Standards for each type of product. This includes pre-op activities. This person will work with USDA, FSIS and will require the maintenance of a positive working relationship with USDA, and all departments within the plant. This person will work directly for the Department Q.A. Supervisor.

Manufacturing Mechanic
Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all assets in the production facility including routinely performing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient plant operations. To respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and repair the machinery in a timely manner. To perform planned and unplanned work. Suggest design improvements and process changes to improve overall production. Must have working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and PLC.

Boxed Beef Sales

Responsible for sales of branded angus boxed beef products throughout the United States.   Being able to develop strong customer relationships, expand business with existing customers, and new account development and retention, are some of the requirements in this job. Responsible for the growth and profitability of volume boxed beef sales.  Reduce inventory levels by selling off long suit list, aged inventory and slow moving product to industry contacts.  Minimum of 5+ years progressive sales experience beef sales. Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Previous beef production experience helpful and proven boxed beef sales.  Experience in fresh box sales, frozen, offal, variety meats and high end angus or branded sales beneficial.  Working knowledge of live and box beef markets and displayed industry contacts preferred.  Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, decision-making and negotiation skills.  Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers.  Strong aptitude to effectively interpret and use multiple information sources to develop customer-specific tactical plans and options.

Sales Customer Service Representative

Responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.  Contact and manage customers; frequent daily phone contact to develop solid, positive sales relationships with customers; ensure product delivery by accurately entering information that affects transportation times, schedules, routes and truckloads; provide sales support by answering various questions, running reports, and resolving issues as they arise; supervise data entry clerks to ensure accuracy of and entered orders.  Requirements for this position:  Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience, experience in a sales or customer service environment preferred. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred.  Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Solid problem solving, project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.  Detail oriented, organized, reliable and resourceful.
