Andrew Baltz, chief operating operations officer for Creekstone Farms, acknowledges there are always challenges when overseeing the sprawling beef processing plant in Arkansas City, KS. Baltz took on the larger role of chief operating officer in 2025. Since then, he has worked to restructure parts of the management team and grown the meat business, including updating Creekstone’s ground beef operations.
